Superior Fuel is seeking to find an outstanding candidate to fill a full-time position where having strong communication and customer service skills is a must, along with the ability to work independently while in a team environment. Sales experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

Duties To Include:
- Following call center scripts
- Entering customer orders
- Answer basic customer account/payment questions
- Update pertinent account information as needed
- Take calls from potential customers and attempt to sell
- Fill out new customer paperwork
- Call existing customer lists established by sales manager
- Follow up with customer leads
- Upsell current customers to company programs
- Customer service experience
- Be a positive influence to our customers, our team and the company
- Provide every caller with the highest level of customer service and professionalism
