How is this going to change my service?
There will be no change to your service, you can expect the same reliable delivery and support you’ve always received.
Who do I call when I need a delivery?
You can continue calling your local Hayward office just like you always have. If the team there is unavailable, another member of the Superior Fuel team will be happy to assist you.
Where do I send my payments?
You have several convenient options:
• Mail your payment to the Hayward office
• Stop in and pay in person
• Set up autopay
• Pay over the phoneWill Prebuy still be available?
Yes! Our Prebuy option will still be available, along with several other flexible payment plan options.
I have a monitor, will that still work?
Yes, your monitor will continue to work as usual. We use the same monitoring system and will keep automatically scheduling deliveries to ensure your tank stays filled. Our monitors trigger a delivery ticket at 20% then we’ll be out shortly to fill your tank.
Are you still local?
Yes! We continue to operate out of our local Hayward office, along with additional locations in Spooner, WI; Duluth, MN; Ely, MN; Brainerd, MN; Virginia, MN; and Park Rapids, MN.
Why does my delivery ticket have a Duluth mailing address?
Our headquarters is located in Duluth; however, you are still receiving the same local service from your Hayward team.
How long will it take to receive a delivery if I don’t have a monitor?
Our standard delivery window is 5–7 business days, with day one starting the business day after you call to request a fill. Please be sure to call for a delivery while you still have enough propane to get you through that 5–7 business day window.
I called the Hayward number, why am I speaking with someone in a different office?
Our phone system is designed to ensure every customer call is answered. If you call the Hayward office and reach someone in a different location, it simply means the Hayward team was assisting other customers at that time. In those cases, your call is routed to the next available Customer Service Representative. Rest assured, no matter who you speak with, our entire team is trained and ready to assist you.
