What You’ll Do: 

As an HVAC Technician, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling appliances for both residential and commercial customers. Your ability to provide top-notch customer service and build lasting relationships will be key in representing the company in a positive light. Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair (preferred)

• Experience with A/C systems installation and repair (preferred)

• EPA 608 certification required (Universal preferred)

• High level of customer service skills

• Detail-oriented with strong math aptitude

• Ability to learn and perform a variety of tasks

• Ability to work well with others and independently

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Ability to work in a safety-conscious environment, including various weather conditions
• Willingness to be on call during winter months

Education:

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.  

License/Certification:

• Class D Driver’s License

Shift:

• 10-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• Day shift

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Typical Workload is 5 days/week with starting hours between 7:00am – 7:30am
On-Call: Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency situations (gas leaks, emergency HVAC services, no-heats) On-call compensation is provided. On-call schedule depends on the market employee is in.
Compensation: $24 – $34, based on experience
