Employee Spotlight: Mark Haverland

Meet Mark Haverland, one of our dedicated delivery drivers and service technicians serving the Virginia, MN market. Mark’s role involves installing and swapping out tanks, updating regulators, and performing thorough gas checks to ensure systems are free of leaks and abnormalities.
What makes Mark stand out is not just his exceptional work ethic but also his passion outside of work. Mark truly values the supportive and understanding environment at Superior Fuel, where employees are treated as individuals with lives outside of the job.
In his free time, Mark enjoys spending quality moments with his wife and son. He’s also an avid competitor in Spartan obstacle course races and trail runs. Notably, Mark is the first person in the world to bear crawl both a Spartan 5k and 10k, a feat that led him to establish the Teddy Bear Crawl Foundation. This inspiring organization hosts half-mile bear crawls nationwide to raise funds for teddy bears, which are donated to local children’s hospitals so that every child admitted receives a comforting teddy bear.
